The Learning Agenda assisted Horizons National with its Community Focused Expansion (CFE) efforts in the Philadelphia region. Horizons works to engage additional school and university partners to expand the numbers of children served through the delivery of its successful six-week summer models which combines academics with arts and swimming instruction.
