Working with philanthropies, nonprofits, and educators to expand equitable learning opportunities within and outside of schools
Philly‘s onto something BIG!
We worked with the William Penn Foundation for the past three years to help community leaders envision parks, grocery stores, buses, barber shops, and laundromats, along with informal learning settings in afterschool programs and museums as the perfect spots to create fun, interactive, LITERACY-BOOSTING activities and installations for children and families! Our collective work has resulted in this comprehensive Brief and abridged Executive Summary. We would love to help you envision transforming everyday spaces and informal learning settings into literacy-rich environments in your community.
Impact grows here.
Our team is dedicated to ensuring that educators are well-equipped to lead effective systems, schools, and programs that help kids thrive in adulthood. To do that successfully, we infuse evidence-based practices and partner feedback to continually refine and strengthen our approach.
